  • Provides an online monitoring service capturing all class action settlements, retrieves historical trade data (positions and transactions), establishes daily data feeds with Schwab, converts trade history into one organized and efficient searchable format, scans trade history for qualifying trades, and generates and files electronic claims
  • Calculates recognized loss for claims filed, projects pro rata distribution and estimated class action receivables, manages communications with claims administrators, and reports claim statuses comprehensively online and through CCC’s email notification system
  • Reconciles settlement proceeds with the claims administrators, processes payment per client direction and posts payment information on CCC’s online reporting site
