Forms Logic is a data company with a cloud-based platform for Advisors, Broker-Dealers, and RIAs to streamline paperwork processing. We develop software solutions for companies seeking efficiency in workflow management. We recognize the challenges inherent in managing the data involved in filling out paperwork that requires inputting the same data among multiple forms. We create an ideal process for completing highly regulated industry paperwork, creating a friendly client onboarding experience. We house your internal, product, and custodial forms, integrate them into our Navigator Platform, and actively work with you to set up the right processes for your firm. We provide standard or customized workflows connected to your CRM, commission, and e-Signature platforms for a smooth advisor and client experience. Additionally, firms use our processes and workflows for advisor transitions with our Migrator solution transitioning new advisors, groups, or acquisitions into your firm.
