ERIC: I loved the opportunity I had one day to have lunch with Chuck and some of our colleagues, and to see the passion that he still has for service and for taking care of clients and putting clients first, and the passion that he has for people and culture. It was very inspiring to me to have that opportunity to spend a little time with him. And I'd like to think that we're following in those footsteps with what we're doing, that we're people first, and supporting our people with great technology, investing in them and helping them grow. Because in business everything isn't perfect, the world is constantly changing, and so we can identify issues and tackle them together and then get to better outcomes together. And we feel that and see it with our special relationship with Schwab.
