Well, if you’re looking to create awareness in your local community, one of the best things to do is actually social media.  We think of social media as a way out there, it’s across the world, but social media actually can be very local.  The only way that you’re going to appear in someone’s newsfeed is if you’re actually focusing on local, focusing on things that people care about, focusing on things that they’re going to like and they’re going to comment on.  Sometimes you might promote another business or talk about another business in your community.  ‘Hey, I just went to this great restaurant. I wanted to share it.’ And you tag the restaurant. Now you’re local.
