We want to ensure every interaction with us is simple, easy, and efficient. That starts with eliminating paper forms so you can reduce errors and delays. We’re developing several digital tools to streamline core account-related tasks–from Account Opening to Moving Money–while providing you with more comprehensive Status.

For example, earlier this year we expanded eAuthorization to include checks and journals. So now your clients can securely approve almost all money movement requests–including wires–with a few taps on their mobile phone.

Soon, you’ll be able to use a similar process with our new Digital Account Open tool. At the same time, we’re also building out our investment management capabilities. Let me give you some examples: We’ve just begun the phased rollout of Schwab Advisor Portfolio Connect.

This platform offers a simplified approach to portfolio management for Schwab accounts—including features like Performance Reporting, Billing, and Integrated Dashboards.

We’re excited to provide all of this free of charge to our custodial clients. And for our clients with more complex or multi-custodial needs we continue to offer PortfolioCenter, as well as real-time integration with a number of leading portfolio management providers.

Our automated investment platform also continues to advance, offering more customization options. Shortly, this platform will support mutual fund portfolios and Inherited IRAs. And we are developing new features for Schwab Alliance, our tailored portal designed for your clients.

We plan to add co-browsing, a demo option, and the ability to share your content, responding to your feedback.
